1 – General dispositions
The following provisions concern all processing of personal data carried out by the data controller, Bertrand POIRIER, unless otherwise mentioned in the specific provisions.
Legal framework - compliance with the RGPD and the French law
Bertrand POIRIER declares that it processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (UE) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the RGPD) and with French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data processing, files and freedoms.

The recipient of the data is the sales department of Equideclic.

The data controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country or to an international organization.
Duration of the storage of personal data
The data will be kept for a period of 3 years from the date of collection. The data is stored in a private database on a secure web server hosted by Equideclic.
Rights of the person whose data is collected
The person whose personal data is collected has the right :

to request from the data controller access to the personal data, rectification or erasure of the data, or a limitation of the processing relating to the data subject,

Automated decision making - profiling
Unless otherwise stated in the specific provisions, no profiling will be carried out and more generally no automated decision will be taken on the basis of the data collected.

Management of the relationship with our contacts and prospects

Purposes - The processing of personal data is intended for the management of the relationship with our contacts and prospects. In particular, this treatment tends to communicate to the person concerned information on the news of our software Groomy, our products, our services.
Legal basis - This processing of personal data is based on the consent of the data subject (Article 6, paragraph 1, point a) of the RGPD). The data request is of a contractual nature. The data subject is not obliged to provide the data. If the data subject does not provide the data or withdraws his or her consent to the data processing, he or she will not be able to receive any information about news about our Groomy software, products and services.
Marketing and advertising material
Personal data processed - We process the following personal data: email
Purposes - The processing is intended to improve our communication and to send you relevant contents at opportune moments (availability of Groomy).
Legal basis - The processing is based on the consent of the data subject (Article 6, paragraph 1, point a) of the RGPD) and is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests of improving our communication and avoiding sending inappropriate communications (Article 6, paragraph 1, point f) of the RGPD). The data request is of a contractual nature. The data subject is not obliged to provide the data and may object to the processing at any time. If the data subject does not provide the data or withdraws consent to the processing of data, he or she will not be able to find out about the availability and news of Groomy.
Management of the relationship with our customers
Personal data processed - We process the following personal data: email, name, first name, telephone number for all users and address, country, in the context of a Groomy license requiring invoicing.
Purposes - The processing of personal data is intended for the management of the relationship with our customers. In particular, this processing tends to communicate to the person concerned information on the news of our Groomy software, our products, our services, on the treatment of its Account, on the use of the Groomy Software and its Modules, on its needs in technical support, on the correct operation and the improvement of the Groomy Software and its Modules.
Legal basis - This processing of personal data is based on the consent of the data subject (Article 6, paragraph 1, point a) of the GDPR). The data request is of a contractual nature. The data subject is not obliged to provide the data. If the data subject does not provide the data or withdraws the consent to the data processing, he or she will not be able to receive any information about the news of our Groomy software, products and services, nor will he or she be able to receive any help from the support, nor will he or she be able to use the Groomy software or its modules.
The data entered by our customers in the Groomy software belong to them and are in no case treated or sold by Equideclic.
Equideclic sets up measures allowing to guarantee an optimal protection of the data of its customers and the customers of its customers (in particular within the framework of the use of the Module of invoicing of Groomy). Customers storing personal information within the Groomy Software must ensure that they comply with the regulations in force applicable to the processing of personal data and, in particular, Regulation (UE) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 applicable as from 25 May 2018.
